7.2 Only the services specifically listed in your order confirmation email form part of the agreement between you and us.
7.3 We reserve the right to delay or refuse orders where a transaction contains incomplete or unverifiable details, or where fraud is suspected.
7.4 If such issues cannot be resolved, a full refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued to third-party cards or accounts.
8. Cancellation Rights and Refunds

Initial Orders: Once your order has been placed, you may cancel within 48 hours and receive a full refund, provided that no services have been used.

Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time with at least 7 days’ written notice to info@colofficesolutions.com. No further monthly payments will be taken after cancellation.

Annual Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, and no further annual payments will be taken. However, under these circumstances, no refunds will be issued for prior payments.
9. Customer Complaints
Customer concerns or complaints should be directed to info@colofficesolutions.com. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
10. Events Outside Our Control
In the event of Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, widespread outages, or events beyond our reasonable control), Col Office Solutions may not be able to respond within normal timeframes. Communication will be made with all customers as soon as reasonably possible.
