Refund Policy

At Col Office Solutions, we ensure that the services we provide are delivered with professionalism, transparency, and care. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we take all complaints about the services we render very seriously.

This Fulfillment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) informs you about our service delivery standards and the rules and guidelines relating to refunds for services purchased from Col Office Solutions. All services are billed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Delivery Policy

At Col Office Solutions, we offer remote office support services, including executive assistance, administrative support, bookkeeping, customer service, and travel management.

Our services are delivered electronically and virtually, primarily through email, online platforms, and telecommunication, as requested by the client.

Refunds

Refunds may be offered under the following condition:

  • If the service has not been performed at all during the term of our agreement.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:

  • If the service has already been performed (in whole or in part).

  • If the client changes their mind after services have started.

  • If the client did not cancel the service on time, a charge was processed (see Cancellation Policy below).

Return Policy

Because Col Office Solutions provides professional services rather than physical products, returns are not applicable. In limited circumstances, refunds may be granted as described in this Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Once a contract with Col Office Solutions has been signed, payments will be processed monthly until written cancellation is received.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@colofficesolutions.com.

  • Cancellations must be received at least 7 days before the next billing date. Otherwise, the next payment may still be processed, and service will continue for an additional month.

Project Abandonment

If, after repeated attempts by Col Office Solutions to begin or continue providing services, the client becomes unresponsive for a period of thirty (30) days, the project may be considered abandoned at our discretion.

In such cases, Col Office Solutions may reduce any refund owed to the client to zero. The client hereby agrees that all amounts already paid may be forfeited if services cannot be delivered due to the client's lack of participation.

Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the services provided and believe you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, please send an email to info@colofficesolutions.com outlining your concerns. We will promptly review your request.

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and may be accepted or rejected depending on the circumstances.
